I recently bought a bunch of stuff from an estate sale in San Jose, presumably from one of the founders of "Data Management Labs", a storage system company from the 70-80s. There was a lot of 8" HDDs and FDDs, but also an interesting set of prototype storage systems (both HDD and FDD in one box), some complete, and some not. In the mix was a LNW Research System Expansion card from ca 1978-1979, with the LN Doubler 5/8 piggyback. I know HDDs and FDDs pretty well and collect them, but I'm not interested in this stuff. After researching it, I understand that it has some historical value. If anyone is interested in making an offer, please PM me I'll be happy to entertain and to let one of my fellow vintage computing enthusiasts benefit from this find. Local pickup (Palo Alto, CA) is preferred, but I could also ship if needed. There was also a SA-100 Bus Interface card (see my other post).
